StellaPolare Teater on Sceneweb
Since yesterday, StellaPolare Teater has been officially included in the national archive of Norwegian theatre: Sceneweb.
We exist, we have been seen, and the work of so many has led to this result.
It may seem small and a mere consolation — no economic or social advantage, the same rules as before and the same daily struggle to stay alive — yet it means a great deal in terms of recognition and work in the community.
From now on, anyone who wonders who these people with this strange name are will find the correct definition and their own name as a participant.
I thank everyone who has contributed, from the original founding members (Paola Fulci and Anette Skarphol Orlandi, to the performers who have sustained its journey with their volunteer work.
I thank the younger generation, who have shown curiosity and talent.
I thank the professionals who accepted to come to Norway, in every weather, and step onto a stage, for us.
Finally, I thank my current and past partners and collaborators, who made possible progress and developments that were neglected and not even considered until their arrival.
I thank our sponsors — small, large and medium — for their courage in investing in us, in money and decisive actions.

About Me
A lifelong journey through the living machinery of theatre — as director, writer, and technician — from the page to the stage, from the sound desk to the architecture of the space itself.
My path began in the late 1970s with the Living Theatre and the experimental stages of Rome, and has carried me across decades of international productions, festivals, and broadcasts. I write and direct my own work, and along the way I have shaped sound, light, and structure for countless performances, always in service of the story and the artists who bring it to life.
From directing and playwriting to live sound engineering, stage management, set design and broadcast production, my craft is rooted in curiosity and precision — a constant dialogue between the technical and the poetic.
